HOW MUCH FOR GEAR?
This is a word for word and an initial question that gets asked more frequently than it should. Please DO NOT start the conversation with this. Price is based off of design. We do not have stock inventory and everything is made to order. Therefore a quote cannot be estimated without a detailed description of what you are requesting to get made.
THIS PERSON I SPOKE WITH SAID THEIRS COST $$. WHY IS MINE DIFFERENT?
As stated before, no order is created equal. This goes back to all costs are based off of design and why the same price can't be made for different clients.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? HALF NOW, HALF LATER? DO I PAY WHEN THE ORDER IS FINISHED?
FULL PAYMENT is required to start the order and this will also insure your position in the order queue. We have had issues in the past that have caused us to implement this method. So because of this there are no exceptions. Also, once the final design has been submitted with payment, additions cannot be made without being charged a difference.
CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE ANY FREE TIME?
The possibility of this happening is highly unlikely. It is very rare for us to have any downtime without orders. Please check our website on occasion as we will update the "current wait time" when necessary.
WHAT MEASUREMENTS DO YOU NEED?
Taking your own measurements can possibly be the hardest part for. This is why we have a dedicated section HERE on this site explaining and showing you what measurements we require for certain pieces of apparel. Please take the time to measure WITH an actual measuring tape no matter if you have taken them months prior. We encourage you have someone assist you while doing so.

Yes! Please indicate that in the Price Quote form and click on the Graphic Artist Needed. We will be happy to help come up with something you're proud of.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
We do at an additional cost. Typically a rush order will include the final price, and half of said price.
