MEASUREMENTS

Measurements: List

UPPER BODY

  • Neck: Circumference of the neck.

  • Back: Shoulder to shoulder.

  • Chest: Place your hands out in a T and measure the circumference of the chest.

  • Waist: Circumference of your waist where the top of the garment will be.

  • Hip: Find the widest part of your hips and measure the circumference, similar to the waist measurement.

  • Thigh: Measure the circumference of your thigh closest to that of where the opening of the leg will be for the garment.

  • Inseam (If applicable): Measure the length from the crotch to the bottom of where the garment will sit.

  • Sleeve (If applicable): Measure from point of the shoulder seam down to the wrist.

  • Length (If applicable): Measure from the collar to the base of the garment will sit.

LOWER BODY / LONG

  • Waist: Circumference of your waist where the top of the garment will be.

  • Hip: Find the widest part of your hips and measure the circumference, similar to the waist measurement.

  • Thigh: Measure the circumference of your thigh closest to that of where the opening of the leg will be.

  • Crotch: Take one end of the tape measure and place it where the top of the garment will sit. While holding, go through the legs to the top of the where the garment will be.

  • Inseam: Measure the length from the crotch to the base of where the garment will sit.

LOWER BODY / SHORT

  • Waist: Circumference of your waist where the top of the garment will be.

  • Hip: Find the widest part of your hips and measure the circumference, similar to the waist measurement.

  • Thigh: Measure the circumference of your thigh closest to that of where the opening of the leg will be.

  • Crotch: Take one end of the tape measure and place it where the top of the garment will sit. While holding, go through the legs to the top of the where the garment will be.

ELBOW PADS / SLEEVES / COVERS

  • 3" Above Elbow: Circumference of your arm where the top will be.

  • Elbow: Flex elbow 45 and measure around the point of the elbow.

  • 3" Below Elbow: Circumference of your arm at the base of the garment.

  • Length: Measure from the top to bottom on arm of how long you would like the garment to be.

KNEE PADS / SLEEVES / COVERS

  • 3" Above Knee: Circumference of your leg where the top will be.

  • Knee: Flex knee 45 and measure around the point of the knee.

  • 3" Below Knee: Circumference of your leg where the bottom will be.

  • Calf: Circumference of the widest part of your calf.

  • Length (Covers): Measure from the top to bottom of cover to dictate how long you would like the garment to be.

WRIST GAUNTLETS / SLEEVES

  • Forearm: Circumference of your forearm where the top will be.

  • Wrist: Circumference of your wrist.

  • Length: Measure from the top to bottom on wrist/forearm of how long you would like the garment to be.

KICKPADS / COVERS

  • Leg: Circumference of your leg where the top will be.

  • Calf: Circumference of the biggest part of your calf.

  • Ankle: Circumference of your ankle.

  • Length (Covers): Measure from the top to bottom of cover to dictate how long you would like the garment to be.
